Since the company was first founded in Japan in 1909, the Suzuki Motor Corporation have gone on to become the ninth biggest motor manufacturer in the world. Suzuki have produced a wide range of vehicles over the years. Perhaps the most iconic and popular being the larger, four-wheel drive, all terrain vehicles, such as the Vitara and Grand Vitara. To the other extreme, Suzuki have also manufactured a vast range of motorcycles. The more recently introduced Suzuki Swift range have become another success story for the company, since first being introduced in 1999. As an alternative to purchasing a brand new Suzuki car, many people on a tighter budget are forced to buy a used model. These used cars can be found on many of the on-line car sales websites, or alternatively in used car showrooms and garages to be found throughout the country. An even more economical method in which to purchase a used Suzuki car is from a private seller, who will advertise the vehicle in a newspaper, using a suzuki car classifieds ad. By this method, the purchaser will be able deal directly with the seller, allowing some room for negotiation on the price. It would, however, be advisable to arrange for a qualified mechanic to check over the car before any monies are handed over, as there would be less comeback, should the car develop any problems, once it is driven away.
